Family Health Care for Adults and Children

As a family health center, we provide wellness checkups for adults and children. Regardless of age, everybody should have a doctor that they trust to evaluate them periodically and ensure that everything is okay. When you come in for a checkup, we will talk to you about your health, monitor your vital signs, prescribe any basic tests you may need, update your vaccinations, and help you come up with sustainable ways to keep yourself healthy. Pediatric Care

Keeping your children healthy is not only your Number 1 concern but is ours as well. We love kids at Family Medicine Headquarters and we are here for you as their medical provider and friend as they grow up to be toddlers, school-aged children, teens, and beyond.

  • Setting up and maintaining an immunization schedule
  • Making sure your baby or growing child is meeting all of their developmental milestones

Adult Care

Whether you need preventative care or have chronic conditions such as arthritis or diabetes that needs monitoring, we can help you. If our evaluation suggests that you need specific, specialized care, we will help refer and connect you with a specialist.
